As part of the Pen Pal Project, primary students at our school had the exciting opportunity to receive letters from students at Five Elms School in Dagenham, UK. These letters offered a fascinating insight into the lives of children from another part of the world and inspired our students to eagerly introduce themselves to their new pen pals. In their replies, they shared details about their personal lives, school experiences, and hobbies. The project not only helped build meaningful connections across borders but also introduced students to the enduring joy and value of letter writing as a thoughtful form of communication.
