An informative videoconference was conducted among the students of grade 2 of Choithram School and the students of Shinagawa International School, Tokyo, Japan on February 21, 2023 to mark the importance of International Mother Tongue Day. The students interacted in a friendly manner and shared some common words and greetings in their own respective languages. They also familiarized each other with some common vegetables, fruits, animals, relations, greetings and monuments of India and Japan. The learners felt elated while conversing with each other and are looking forward for upcoming collaborative activities as well.
