Scissor and Speed Changer with High Torch Crane

16th & 17th January 2018

Class V students of Robotics club designed Scissor and Speed Changer robots .It is used to implement the gear system in the robots so as to change the speed within the given span of time without programming the brain.

Class IV students of Robotics club designed the High Torch Robotic Crane as their activity to study the change in torch on using various gear systems.

“ Robotics to create Tomorrow land “,Qualified for National Level IRC.

Choithram school team qualifies for the National Level International Robotics Competition to be held in New Delhi in December 2017.The team comprising of Sushrut Tilwankar (XB) , Daksh Raj Singh (XF) , Satvik Tuteja (XF) and Rachit Dangi (IX E) secured Silver medal (I Runner up) award in the Qualifier round held in Bhopal. They had designed two robots which were tested during the Arena Run.

Pick and Place Using High Torch Robo Crane

19 to 21 September 2017

A special activity using Arena Run for class VI, VII and VIII students was organized in which the students designed Robot Cranes using multi gear system.The students used the robot for pick and place as well as drag the objects and place the picked objects in the Drop Areas I & II. This activity helped the students to make the robot faster and efficient.

Introduction to the Components Used in Designing the Robots

August 2017

In the introductory activity in month of August, students were introduced to the components used in designing the robots. Students of class VI to VIII bdesigned various robots such as Four Wheel Base Robot, Soccer Robot, Claw Robot, Basic Gear System Robot, High Speed Base robot.
Class IX and X students designed the same robots along with Multi Gear Crane System Robot and Gripper Robot.

Choithram focuses on fostering a culture and environment of innovation in the area of Science and Technology. Students are provided with resources to develop the technological skills. Robotics is a branch of digital technology where machines are designed and built to perform tasks.

The Robotics club of Choithram has students from various age groups from class VI to XII.In the introductory activity in month of August, Students were introduced to the components used in designing the robots.

Class 6th to 8thdesigned various robots such as Four Wheel Base Robot, SoccerRobot, Claw Robot, Basic Gear System Robot, High Speed Base robot.Class 9th and 10th designed all the above mentioned robots along with Multi Gear Crane System Robot and Gripper Robot.

Choithramians Emerge Winners in International Robotronics Competition

June 3, 2017

The students of Choithram School, Manik Bagh proved their mettle and brought laurels to the School by winning International Robotronics Competition in the senior category in China organized by IRC League. The school team comprising of Nishchay Pagarani, Shashwat Vyas, Chaitanya Vyas and Pawan Wadhwani of class 12 competed with 10 teams of five countries viz. India, Maldives, Singapore, Bangladesh and China and notched the top position by scoring highest points in the competition. They received medals, certificates and Apple products. Director IRC Tarun Bhalla congratulated the winning team and invited them to attend the Robotic Conference in China. Principal Mr. Rajesh Awasthi appreciated the whiz kids for their outstanding performance and efforts which made them excel in the competition. The achievement has given a new identity to the school at the global level.

School Team Participates in International Robotic Competition at Seattle, Washington

June 20, 2015

Piyush Deora and Riddhi Dhadwaiwale of class XI participated in International Robotic Competition organized by Building Blocks at Seattle, USA from June 1, 2015 to June 11, 2015. The competition was held at University of Washington where teams from Japan, China, Maldives, Singapore and USA participated. Both the students visited many places like the Microsoft headquarters, Mount Reiner, Leavenworth, Pike place market and the Boeing factory. They got to know the challenges of the outside world in Robotics and also learnt many new techniques about Robotics. It was indeed a learning experience which brought treasure of memories.

Choithramians Selected For International Robotic Competition At Seattle, Washington, USA

November 26, 2014

The team of Ridhi Dhadwaiwale, Kratika Gupta, Kinjal Shah and Piyush Deora of Class X of Choithram School, ManikBagh, Indore has been selected for the International Robotic Competition (IRC) 2014 to be held at Seattle, Washington on June 5, 2015. The school team competed with 39 teams in the senior category in the national final organized by Building Blocks that took place at The Shri Ram School, Gurgaon on November 21, 2014. Earlier the team had secured first position at the city level. Choithram School is one of the seven schools in the country selected for the international competition in the senior category.
