Students of grade 3 of the school enthusiastically participated in the Pen Pals Project with Five Elms Primary School, UK, fostering cross-cultural communication and global awareness. The exchange began with letters from the UK students, in which they introduced themselves, shared details about their siblings, their favourite foods, and their preferred Sustainable Development Goal (SDG). In response, Choithram students wrote back, describing their own siblings, hobbies, and the SDG they resonate with the most. This meaningful exchange not only enhanced their writing skills but also deepened their understanding of global perspectives and the importance of sustainable development.
