General Guidelines
Code of conduct for all participants.
All participants are expected to maintain discipline and follow the event guidelines strictly. Failure to do so may result in disqualification or termination from the event.

For every event, in case of any dispute, the decision of the Event Head will be final and binding for all the participants.

All participants are required to wear formal attire on all three days of the event.

Respective school authorities should ensure that the participants do not wear any inappropriate attire. Not adhering to the same will result in negative marking or straight disqualification from the event.

Transport: No bus service will be provided to the schools in Indore. Pick-up and drop-off will be arranged for participants from the schools outside Indore between their accommodation and the event.

Accommodation will not be provided for outside schools. Schools must arrange their stay at a nearby hotel.

We are not responsible for any loss or theft. Participants are advised to take care of their belongings.

Please be advised that the participant names submitted by 15th September, 2026 will be final for certificates.

All registered participants must report and depart as per the event timeline and carry their school ID cards during the event.
