I am the Principal of Choithram School, Indore (India) and Choithram Institute of Educational Research & Training, Indore (India). I believe in giving my students 'lessons of life' to enable them to emerge as fine individuals with a strong belief in themselves. It has been my endeavour to provide numerous learning opportunities in the school to foster global competence amongst the students, assist them to develop reverence for the human family and act for collective well-being.
My favourite Ted talk is ‘How to learn? From mistakes’ by Diana Laufenberg
I work in the capacity of Dean – International Affairs and look after the global citizenship programme of the school.Through various programmes, I try to support students to look upon the school, the neighbourhood, the nation and the world as a part of the integral family of mankind. The programmes enrich students’ learning with an increasingly balanced world view as they analyze various global issues critically, look into the cultural richness of various countries as well as relearn their own culture.
My favourite Ted talk is ‘Every kid needs a champion’ by Rita Pierson.
