ABOUT ENTREPRENEURSHIP CELL CHOITHRAM:
Entrepreneurship cell is an initiative of Choithram School with a motive to foster the entrepreneurial competencies among the budding entrepreneurs.
Founded in 2013, the basic objective is to provide a platform for the young aspirers to grow, learn and develop and become successful entrepreneurs of tomorrow. The cell aims towards providing aspiring entrepreneurs with meaningful insights and real-world business opportunities and experience. At E-Cell, we try to bring our vision to life by developing a true entrepreneurial environment through facilitating easy and effective interaction of the student body, experienced professionals, successful entrepreneurs, investors, venture capitalists, corporates etc.
Through all of our various initiatives, we foresight to instill basic entrepreneurial abilities among the youth while guiding them towards the path of unlocking their full potential.
Objectives of the E Cell:
On 26th August 2025, Maharaja Ranjit Singh School hosted the Junior Scientist Competition, bringing together inventive young minds from various institutions to present solutions for a sustainable future. Choithram school, Class IX A students Manasvi Patangia and Dhruvee Nema showcased their project titled “Svasthaa – Eco Herbal Pads.” Their model addressed critical issues of menstrual health and environmental responsibility by offering a safe, biodegradable alternative to conventional sanitary products. Their thoughtful approach and confident presentation earned them the Best Model Presentation Award, along with a cash prize of ₹1000. All participants were also recognized with certificates, marking a day of meaningful achievement and forward-thinking ideas.
On August 18, 2025, Grade 9 students at Choithram School, Manik Bagh, had the privilege of attending an enlightening guest lecture on entrepreneurship. The esteemed speaker, Mr. Himanshu Khale, a distinguished entrepreneur and proud alumnus of the school, imparted valuable insights to the students. The session commenced with an engaging interactive discussion, followed by an in-depth exploration of entrepreneurship fundamentals, essential qualities of entrepreneurs, the significance of calculated risk-taking, and the pivotal role of a CEO. The inspiring lecture provided students with practical guidance, motivating them to transform their ideas into tangible opportunities. The school extends sincere appreciation to Mr. Himanshu Khale, for enriching the young minds.

School Innovation Council
Students of Grades 6 to 12
The School Innovation Council conducted a week-long ideation awareness drive in July 2025, where 13 student members from Grades 10 to 12 conducted sessions across Grades 6 to 12. Aimed at fostering innovation and creativity, the initiative promoted problem-solving, communication, confidence, and leadership skills among students.
Through interactive and engaging sessions, students explored core ideation concepts such as identifying problems, writing effective problem statements, and developing prototypes. The hands-on, participative format sparked curiosity and encouraged attendees to embrace innovation with confidence.
The initiative was met with enthusiastic participation and positive feedback. It empowered the student speakers with valuable presentation experience while also inspiring the audience to think creatively and engage in innovative problem-solving. The School Innovation Council intends to continue such initiatives to further foster a spirit of innovation across the school.
Choithram School Manik Bagh, under the coordination of Ms. Vinita Sisodiya along with the Head of the School Innovation Council, Aaradhya Vaid, organized an entrepreneurial boot camp titled "Entrepreneurial Mindset Lab". The boot camp comprises 12 bimonthly sessions from July to December.
The first session of the boot camp, titled "Ignite the Spark", was conducted on 19th July, 2025 at Choithram School Manik Bagh. A total of 40 students took part in the session from Tirathbai Kalachand School, Choithram School Nipania, Choithram School International, and Choithram School Manik Bagh. The objective was to introduce and strengthen entrepreneurial thinking among students through interactive discussions and activities.
Professor Dr. Gaurav Chaitanya, Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Acropolis Institute of Technology and Research, Indore, conducted the session. With over 40 published research papers in RF and Microwave Engineering and a key role in establishing the AICTE IDEA Lab, he shared valuable insights on entrepreneurship while guiding students through engaging tasks. The session included an icebreaker, thought-provoking videos explaining myths of entrepreneurship, and wrapped up with a fun informative quiz. The session concluded with students in teams, fully energized for their journey of innovation and entrepreneurial values in the upcoming sessions.
The inaugural meeting of the School Innovation Council (SIC) set an enthusiastic tone for the year ahead. SIC Head Aaradhya Vaid opened the session by emphasizing the responsibilities of council members, the value of originality, collaboration, and strong leadership.
Speeches by members Prinjal Jain and Kriday Lalwani highlighted personal reflections on teamwork, leadership, and the spirit of innovation. E-Cell Head Pranjal Choudhary shared an overview of the year’s planned activities, including engaging workshops and informative factory visits.
Department heads fromMarketing, Operations, IT, PR, and Administration introduced their teams and outlined their upcoming tasks. I-Cell Head Sourish Tilwankar, along with the deputy head, presented their newly formed team and highlighted upcoming tech-driven initiatives and opportunities that will unfold in the months ahead.
Good Earth Head Tanish Vyas briefed the gathering about key sustainability programs and workshops, followed by insightful presentations from the heads of Production, Finance, Media & PR, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and HR.
The meeting concluded with a preview of Innoverse—the school’s largest student-led event—and announcements about the upcoming E-Summit and Techfest, leaving participants excited, motivated, and ready to make an impact.
