Challenge 1 - Prod-auction - Quidditch

3 students will participate in the challenge from each team. The challenge will be a formal auction conducted for the problem to be solved. The team can buy the problem for which they can find the best idea for starting a business.

They can buy maximum of 3-5 problems with a fixed amount of credits. Out of the problems, some problems will be easy to solve having a number of solutions. They will be called the golden snitch. the participants will have to invest huge amount of money to catch a golden snitch.

If someone buys a golden snitch, the team will not be allowed to buy any more problems to solve or products to make innovations on. Finally each team will be given a certain time to decide the final idea for their business out of those which they have bought in the auction and finally submit their business idea or product as the solution of their problem in the goblet of fire from where it will be disclosed to all.

Challenge 2 - Board Room- Malfoy Manor

The teams after finalizing their idea will conduct a formal meeting to decide the level of operation, target audience and the administration of their company and also name it. They have to also decide their team leader through internal election. The leader will be called 'the chosen one'.

Challenge 3 - Stock Pitch- Staircase of Hogwarts

This challenge will be based on data analysis. Based on the problem on which each team will have the idea, some general surveys, regular data, statistical data and reports will be given. 2 members from each team apart from the leader will participate in the challenge. They have to analyse the data in a minimal amount of time and understand it thoroughly. General questions regarding the data will be asked and they also have to make decisions on the investments, target customers and fill a questionnaire regarding the data. For each correct answer they will climb a step of the staircase of Hogwarts. And by clearing the confusion they will climb the staircase of Hogwarts.

At a wrong answer they will be sent down according to the format designed for the game. They can use the lifeline called ' tear of phoenix ' once to revive their wrong answer and another lifeline ' Patronus charm ' twice to pass a question each time.

Challenge 4 - Business Triathlon - Horcruxes

In this round all the members of the team will participate. The teams have to clear 9 checkpoints in the form of horcruxes ( 3 in each level ) and move to the next level. In the first level 3 tasks will be given to the teams to decide their marketing strategy. In the next level, 3 tasks will be given to the teams to finalize their business model. In the last level 3 tasks will be given to finalize their implementation model.

For each level, teams will be rewarded points. The first three teams to clear the cut off of all 3 levels and to destroy the horcruxes in time will get the deathly hallows from the judges. The team with more points in all 4 challenges will get priority to choose amongst the Elder Wand, Resurrection Stone and the Invisibility Cloak.

The final 3 teams will now face a short tricky business quiz based on their complete business model that they have prepared from all the 4 challenges. The teams can use the deathly hallows in any 2 questions of their choice before listening to the question. If the team having the Elder Wand uses the Elder Wand, they will get points for the correct answers even if they answer the question wrong. If the team having the Resurrection Stone uses it, they will get double point reward for the correct answer. However if they give wrong answer, same points will be deducted. If the team having the Invisibility Cloak uses it, they will get a minute to refer anything or anyone for the answer. The team with maximum points will defeat the Dark Lord with their deathly hallows. The winner of the round will be the winner of the simulation game. The team members will be awarded and will also win the title of the 'Business Wizards'.
